As of this time, they have not done the procedure to place the screen in his artery to prevent further clots from breaking off and moving through his body. After the procedure they plan to remove his catheter, but not yet on that either. And finally, no report on the XRay on his left elbow. Basically you could say that today somewhat uneventful.
Nonetheless, we have a long way to go. Hold on tight, pray warriors, don't ease up on the intensity of your prayers. We've got a long road to travel. I know that I've said that before, but I'm hoping ya'll will be with me in this for the long-haul. Thank you for the many encouraging comments, the outpouring of love and for your care and concern for Clem and our family. Please pray for Clem's peace of mind, his increasing strength, the healing and the strengthening of his lungs, and of course, the jury is still out on the left arm. Still looking good as of the wound care that he received this morning. Take a peak at Psalm 139 (my mother-in-law's favorite) for a glimpse of the depth of God's love for each one of us. Be steadfast in your dedication to grow in your personal relationship with our Lord and Saviour. Peace to you all, DV

Hi, I just wanted you and Clem and Nora and family that we love you and areconstantly lifting prayers. I know you all are tired but I pray that God will give you his strength to help you through this bump in the road. Just know we share your pain and concern.Sometimes just knowing that helps lighten your load. You don't have to share it alone. Tell Nora I love her and hugs to Clem and to you and everyone. We are thankful to God that we have Him to turn to in times like these. Love you, Larry and Cheryl
My family's prayers are with you, even though we don't know you. :-)
If you still need assistance with responding to comments, please email me at maccreative@mac.com. I'll be glad to help.

So excited he is getting much better. Can't wait to give him a hug for myself.
Debora:
Went on a brief excursion out-of-town yesterday, but read your blog when I got back last night and again this morning. "Uneventful" is not a bad thing as you said - just wanted to check in on Clem and on you and on Nora - Our prayers continue with you all and with Clem's doctors and caregivers. I pray each new day brings its on special gift from God - be it a sign of physical improvement or a God-sized dose of spiritual strength and stamina for use along the way. Thanks again so much for the updates - It goes without saying that you've only to call and we will do whatever we can to be of help. Thanks also for sharing Nora's favorite psalm - know you all are relying on God's Word (both His holy word and His Son, the Word). Love, Beverly
You should know that the network of prayer has spread far and wide. I am Earlene Dern's daughter in law in Fresno, California. There are people across our extended family who keep you all in our hearts. Earlene's granddaughter, Julie, and her family are in Michigan. My sister, Clare, is in Atlanta. It goes on and on. Thanks so much for the blog, it is a great way for us all to keep up. Earlene's family is precious to us, and I'm sure she's stretched her arms around you all.
